Soft for Home Assistant

Soft is a neumorphic theme: every card sits on a raised pad of the same colour as the page, defined by a pale highlight on one side and a shadow on the other, with no borders and no dividers. It comes as a single file with light and dark modes registered, so it follows the light and dark toggle in your profile. The accent is a single indigo, used for the header underline and the active slider.

The theme leans on card-mod for its rounded corners and card spacing, so install that first or you get the shadows without the shape. The catch is age. The file has not been touched since December 2021, and the author has since moved on to a Material You generator, so nothing here accounts for the 2026 component changes and toggles fall back to default colours. Treat it as a reference for the neumorphic look and lift the box-shadow values into a theme that is maintained.
