Flux Ultra Bright - 5m LED Strip
A 5 m indoor strip light with the output for full-length wall washing or cove lighting, colour blended smoothly along the run.
Everything you need to know
The Flux Ultra Bright 5 m gives you up to 4800 lumens across a longer run, so it covers a full cove, a long shelf or a wall wash where a shorter strip would fall short. Chromasync blends colour along the strip, and it connects over both Zigbee and Bluetooth. The controller and power supply are included, so it runs on its own out of the box.
Product features
Lights a whole room
Up to 4800 lumens across the longer 5 m run covers a full cove, a long shelf or a hallway wall wash. It is bright enough to be the light in a room rather than an accent to it. Pick this length where a shorter strip would fall short.
Chromasync blends the run
Chromasync carries colour along the strip as a smooth gradient instead of hard zone edges. Across 5 m that keeps a scene reading as one flowing wash rather than a line of blocks. The blend holds the full length of the run.
Runs on its own out of the box
The controller and power supply are in the box, so nothing else is needed to get it lit. It cuts at marked points to shorten, and Flux extensions take the total run to 20 m. It is indoor only, rated IP20.
The Philips Hue system
Hue is a system, not just a smart bulb. Every Hue product, from bulbs and lamps to light strips and fixtures, joins the same Zigbee mesh and shows up in one app. A single bulb bought today slots straight into a whole-home setup later.
Bulbs, lamps, strips & fixtures
All speak Zigbee and mesh with each other, so every light you add extends the network's reach.
One Bridge runs the whole home
Runs up to 50 lights off your router, and connects Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa and SmartThings.
App, voice & switches
One app for rooms, scenes and schedules, plus dimmers, buttons and sensors that work without a phone.
Start with one light Start here
Add your first Hue light, open the Hue app, and control up to 10 lights in one room over Bluetooth. No hub required.
Add the Hue Bridge When you're ready
Run up to 50 lights, control them from anywhere, set schedules and automations, and connect your voice assistant.
Start small, scale up. Everything you buy today keeps working when you add the Bridge, and everything Hue has made since 2012 still joins the same system.
