Dame Wall 2.0 for iPad Pro
The closed, lockable Dame frame for the iPad Pro, in an 11-inch and a 13-inch size.
Everything you need to know
The Pro cut of Dame Wall 2.0, and the one with the longest reach back through Apple's range: the 11-inch Pro from the first generation through to the M5, and the 13-inch M4 and M5 alongside the older 12.9-inch. Pick the size first, then the finish. The frame closes and locks the iPad in place, which is what you want anywhere the mount is within reach of the front door.
Product features
Cut from a solid block of aluminium
Most tablet mounts are moulded plastic or folded sheet metal. Displine machine theirs from a solid block of aluminium, then anodise or powder coat the surface. It is a slower and more expensive way to build a wall mount, and it is what you are paying for: a frame with the weight and the finish of the tablet it holds.
Charge it through the mount
The mount carries the charging cable itself, so the iPad charges while it hangs on the wall and nothing drapes down the plaster. Run it to a nearby socket, or fit the flush-mounted supply behind the mount and no cable shows at all. A tablet that lives on a wall is only worth having if it is charged.
Mount it either way, or add rotation
The frame screws to the wall in portrait or landscape, so you choose the orientation at install. If you want to change it without unscrewing anything, the Displine rotation unit fits between the mount and the wall and turns the iPad 90° by hand. It is a separate purchase.
Magnetic to remove, screw to lock
The mount holds to its wall plate magnetically, so the iPad comes off in a second when you want it. When you do not want that, a screw cap locks the tablet into the frame. Useful if the iPad is by a front door, in a rental, or anywhere a visitor could pocket it.
For the 11-inch iPad Pro, 2024 onwards
This Dame Wall 2.0 is machined for the 11-inch iPad Pro from 2024 and 2025. Older Pros, 1st to 4th generation, take the Dame Wall 2.0 for iPad Air instead. Five finishes: white powder coated, and black, gold, rose gold and titanium anodised.
Four screws and a wall plate
Screws and plugs are in the box. The wall plate goes up first, the mount screws onto it, and the whole job is a drill and a spirit level. If you are running power behind the wall, do that part before the plate goes on.

Compare Displine mounts
Displine make three lines of iPad wall mount, and two of those lines also come in a Home version. Almost all of the difference is in the frame, so here is each one with the iPad taken out.
The five mounts
All five hold the iPad flat against the wall and keep it charged while it is up there. The difference that matters most is whether the iPad stays in the mount or comes out of it. Companion Wall and Dame Wall close around the tablet and hold it there, with a screw lock if you want it secured against theft. The two Home versions are open, so you can lift the iPad out and put it back through the day, and Dame Wall Home has the rotation unit built in. Beyond that it is materials: Companion is powder coated and the least expensive of the three lines, Dame is milled from a block of aluminium and anodised with a replaceable Alcantara inlay, and Sunset is the same anodised aluminium and Alcantara in a round housing that looks nothing like a standard rectangular wall mount.
Dame Wall or Dame Wall Home
Dame Wall
ViewingRounded, closed frame
Dame Wall is the rounded frame. It closes around the iPad, holds to the wall with a magnetic catch, and takes a screw cap that locks it in place, so it suits a screen that stays where you put it. Dame Wall Home is the square one, open on one side so the iPad lifts out and goes back whenever you want it, with the rotation unit built in so it turns between portrait and landscape on the wall. On Dame Wall that rotation unit is an optional extra.

What iPad do you have?
Type a model number like A2836, a name, a chip or a year, or browse a family above. Not sure? Open Settings, tap General, then About: tap the part number beside Model Number and it flips to the A number. On older iPads it is printed on the back of the case.
