A67 - B22 1600 Smart Bulb
The same bright 1600-lumen warm white, in a B22 bayonet fitting for the push-and-twist sockets common in older Australian homes. A single fixed warm tone you dim from the app.
Colour guide
Warm, cool, or full colour?
Globes come in three options: a fixed warm white, an adjustable warm-to-cool white, or the full colour spectrum.
-
White
Fixed warm whiteA fixed warm white, the cosy lamp-like glow most globes default to. You can't change the colour from the app.
Selected -
Warm to Cool White
Warm to coolAdjustable white that runs from warm and cosy to crisp and cool, so one globe suits both relaxing and focused rooms.
-
Colour
Full colour and whiteThe full spectrum: millions of colours plus tunable white, for scene lighting, accents and a bit of fun.
Everything you need to know
This is the White range in a B22 bayonet cap: fixed warm white, 1600 lumens, equal to an old 100 W globe, so it suits kitchens, laundries and larger rooms. It runs over Bluetooth out of the box; a Hue Bridge adds control from anywhere, voice and automations. Check your socket first, this is the bayonet fitting, not the E27 screw. Want adjustable white? Step up to White Ambiance; for colour, choose the Colour version.
Product features
Soft warm white
A single, cosy 2700 K white for the rooms you live in. It holds a steady, even tone with no cold-blue tint and no colour drift as it ages, the warm light most homes want in a living room, bedroom or hallway.
Made for bayonet sockets
This is the B22 bayonet cap, the push-and-twist fitting in many older Australian homes, not the E27 screw. It drops straight into any B22 socket, so check yours before you order.
Deep, smooth dimming
Take the light from full brightness down to a 1% glow with no flicker, no buzz and no sudden jump to off. It's the difference between a bulb that only really has 'on' and 'off', and one you can set exactly where you want it: soft enough for a nursery at night, or a hallway after dark.
The Philips Hue system
Hue is a system, not just a smart bulb. Every Hue product, from bulbs and lamps to light strips and fixtures, joins the same Zigbee mesh and shows up in one app. A single bulb bought today slots straight into a whole-home setup later.
Bulbs, lamps, strips & fixtures
All speak Zigbee and mesh with each other, so every light you add extends the network's reach.
One Bridge runs the whole home
Runs up to 50 lights off your router, and connects Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa and SmartThings.
App, voice & switches
One app for rooms, scenes and schedules, plus dimmers, buttons and sensors that work without a phone.
Start with one light Start here
Add your first Hue light, open the Hue app, and control up to 10 lights in one room over Bluetooth. No hub required.
Add the Hue Bridge When you're ready
Run up to 50 lights, control them from anywhere, set schedules and automations, and connect your voice assistant.
Start small, scale up. Everything you buy today keeps working when you add the Bridge, and everything Hue has made since 2012 still joins the same system.

No. It pairs over Bluetooth and you control it from the Hue app, up to about ten bulbs in one room. Add the Hue Bridge to run up to 50 bulbs, set automations, control the lights while you're away, and connect to Matter, Apple Home, Google Home and Alexa.
It has a B22 bayonet base, the push-and-twist fitting common in older Australian homes. It drops straight into any B22 socket.
Yes, fully dimmable from the Hue app, a Hue switch or your voice, with no separate wall dimmer. Don't wire it to a traditional dimmer, as that breaks the smart control. Leave the wall switch on and dim from Hue instead.
No. This is a White bulb: a single warm white at 2700K that you dim up and down, with no colour and no adjustable white. Step up to White ambiance for tunable white, or White and colour for colour.
